Our Story, Our Groove
Welcome to Boogaloos, where music, culture, and flavor come together. Inspired by the vibrant New York City boogaloo movement of the 1960s, our restaurant celebrates the fusion of African American R&B, soul, and Latin rhythms like mambo and son montuno. Just like the music, our menu is a joyful mix of bold dishes with Caribbean and Latin influences — served in a space alive with rhythm, color, and good energy. Whether you're here for a casual bite, a drink with friends, or to soak up the sounds of classic boogaloo and modern beats, Boogaloos is where food and music move together.

Carrying the Torch
Originally established in 1994, Boogaloos was born from the spirit of a San Francisco classic, Spaghetti Western. In April 2025, Antonio Luna and Karla took the reins with a vision to breathe new life into the beloved neighborhood spot. While introducing a fresh aesthetic and updated touches, they remain committed to honoring the history, culture, and community roots that have defined Boogaloos from the start.

Great place for breakfast. They have all the classics: bacon and eggs, pancakes, omelets, etc. But they have some exceptional specialty dishes. We had the polenta and eggs and the soyrizo hash. The polenta sauce was so tasty! And the soyrizo was delicious and not the typical sodium death bomb. Highly recommend!!!

Loved this place. Great atmosphere, greater food. The food seemed to be Cuban inspired. All of our plates delicious. I had the Chorizo Hash and Eggs, and Biscuit and Gravy, Nicky's Palenta, and Desayuno Tipico. We had a great waitress (sorry, can't recall name). Looking forward to returning!

Really well done. Super simple breakfast spot with a diverse Latin menu. Service was prompt, food was delicious and portions massive. 11/10 would stop in again before watching carnival on a Sunday morning.
